About TransVida Health

TransVida Health is a specialty medical transportation company serving patients across Puerto Rico. We move people to the care that keeps them alive -- dialysis, oncology infusion, post-surgical follow-up -- on schedules that do not forgive lateness.

We are early, deliberately so. The operating model, the fleet strategy and the technology are being built now, and the executives who join at this stage will shape them rather than inherit them.

Role mission

The Chief Revenue Officer will build TransVida Health's commercial function from a standing start: the payer, provider and facility relationships that fill the fleet, and the pipeline discipline that keeps it filled.

The CRO will work directly with the Founder/CEO and will be expected to prove that a premium specialty transportation service can win, and keep, the accounts that sustain it.

What the work looks like

  • Identify and open the first accounts -- clinics, dialysis and oncology centers, hospitals, payers.
  • Build the pipeline structure and the weekly commercial cadence.
  • Position a premium service against price-sensitive incumbents.
  • Develop referral and strategic channels that produce repeatable volume.
  • Own the commercial evidence leadership uses to judge traction.
  • Prepare the commercial approach for entry into additional markets.

Expected outcomes

First 90 days
A qualified pipeline, a defined target account list, and first meetings held.
Six months
Signed accounts producing recurring volume, and a repeatable sales motion.
Twelve months
A commercial function that can support a second market.

What we're looking for

  • Enterprise or healthcare sales leadership with personal ownership of a number.
  • Evidence of opening a market, not inheriting a territory.
  • Experience selling into clinical or payer organizations with long decision cycles.
  • Willingness to do early selling personally before there is a team.

Healthcare or payer-facing experience is a strong advantage. Spanish-language ability is an advantage in Puerto Rico.

How the process works

This is a structured executive selection process, not a résumé screen. It runs in three stages, and TransVida leadership decides who moves between them.

  • Stage 1 — Application & executive assessment. Your background, then seven written questions: five asked of every executive, and two written for this role.
  • Stage 2 — Scenario assessment. By invitation. Real TransVida operating situations, with more context about the company, and no multiple choice.
  • Stage 3 — Finalist assessment. By invitation, following a confidentiality acknowledgment. A deeper briefing on the business, and your candid critique of it.

We are not looking for candidates who agree with us. We are looking for executives who can identify what we have wrong.
